How invoicebook.co.za handles your information. Compliant with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Nothing. invoicebook.co.za is a static site. Every calculator and the invoice/quote tool runs entirely in your browser. We do not collect personal information, we do not have user accounts, and there is nothing to sign up for.
Where your data lives
Any invoice or quote draft you create is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It never leaves your device. PDFs are generated locally and downloaded straight to you — the file is not uploaded to anyone. Clearing your browser data removes the saved drafts.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies.
Third-party services
Pages load a small script from Cloudflare Insights so we can see anonymous, aggregated traffic counts (how many people visited each calculator, broadly where they came from). It does not set cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and is not used for advertising.
Your rights under POPIA
Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have a question about this, email privacy@invoicebook.co.za.
